Team KC Baseball is a Kansas City-area travel baseball program operated within the Kansas City Royals Amateur Development System. The program serves players from 9U through 18U and focuses on long-term player and team development, with Team KC coaches receiving access to resources from the Royals’ player and youth development programs.
Team KC teams primarily train at the Royals Amateur Development Complex in south Kansas City, with additional indoor training access. Team formation and player selection can differ by age; the Royals note that high-school teams may hold tryouts for openings, while younger teams—particularly 12U and below—are generally encouraged not to use open tryouts. Families should contact Team KC directly for current team availability, coaching, costs, schedules and player opportunities.
