Adidas Athletics KC is a competitive travel baseball organization based in Olathe, Kansas, serving youth and high-school players across the Kansas City metropolitan area. The local program launched in 2023 as part of the larger Adidas Athletics organization, which was established in St. Louis in 2012. The Kansas City branch offers youth baseball opportunities for 11U–14U players and high-school programs for 15U–18U athletes. Its development philosophy emphasizes baseball fundamentals, individual improvement, sportsmanship, and the organization’s guiding principles of cooperation, commitment, and competition. Players also have access to an indoor training facility in Olathe, with local leadership overseeing team development and competitive opportunities.
The program combines local and regional tournament competition with additional travel and showcase opportunities for selected teams, particularly at the high-school level. Kansas City leadership includes high-school director Nick Garvey, youth director Kevin Garvey, and recruiting coordinator AJ Seward. The high-school program participates in events associated with organizations such as Perfect Game and Prep Baseball, with a focus on preparing players for competitive high-school baseball and potential college opportunities. The broader Adidas Athletics organization has documented hundreds of college commitments, although those results represent the overall program rather than the Kansas City branch alone. Families considering Adidas Athletics KC should confirm current roster openings, coaching assignments, team fees, practice schedules, tournament travel, and recruiting expectations directly with the organization.
