KTP Parent Review Giveaway – Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the 2026 Know the Pitch Parent Review Giveaway sponsored by Know The Pitch, LLC. The Giveaway runs from October 1 through October 31, 2026.

1. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 31, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible for the prize drawing.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors or other individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, along with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

For purposes of these Official Rules, a “household” means individuals sharing the same primary residential address.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Prize

One winner will receive one $50 digital gift card.

Approximate retail value: $50.00.

The prize may not be exchanged for cash or transferred except at the Sponsor’s discretion. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Any taxes associated with accepting or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

4. How to Enter by Submitting a Parent Review

During the Giveaway Period, an eligible entrant may receive one Giveaway entry by submitting at least one qualifying parent review of an eligible youth travel baseball or softball organization through KnowThePitch.com, subject to the household limit described in these Official Rules.

• The reviewer must be a parent or legal guardian with genuine firsthand experience with the organization being reviewed.
• The review must reflect the reviewer’s honest experience and opinions.
• Required review-form fields must be completed.
• Reviews must be substantially original and may not be copied from another person or source.
• Reviews containing spam, impersonation, knowingly false information, threats, harassment or other content that violates Know the Pitch’s review standards may be disqualified.
• Only one total Giveaway entry may be earned per household through the review-entry method, regardless of the number of qualifying reviews submitted.

A reviewer does not need to currently have a child playing for the organization. Reviews based on legitimate past experience may qualify.

Positive Reviews Are Not Required

Positive, neutral and negative reviews are treated equally for Giveaway purposes. A review’s rating, opinion or sentiment will not affect whether it qualifies for an entry.

Know the Pitch may moderate reviews for authenticity, relevance, safety and compliance with its review standards, but will not disqualify or suppress an otherwise qualifying review simply because it is critical or negative.

5. Reviews of Multiple Organizations

Entrants are welcome to submit qualifying reviews of more than one organization when they have genuine firsthand experience with those organizations.

Submitting additional qualifying reviews does not provide additional Giveaway entries or increase the entrant’s chances of winning.

A household may receive no more than one total Giveaway entry, regardless of how many reviews are submitted.

6. Maximum Entries

There is a maximum of one (1) Giveaway entry per household during the Giveaway Period, regardless of method of entry.

A household may enter either:

• By submitting at least one qualifying parent review, or
• Through the Free Alternative Method of Entry described below.

Using both entry methods, submitting multiple qualifying reviews, or submitting the free-entry form more than once will not provide additional entries or increase the household’s chances of winning.

Duplicate or excess entries will be disregarded.

7. Free Alternative Method of Entry — No Review Required

Submitting a review is not required to enter the Giveaway.

Eligible individuals may receive one Giveaway entry without submitting a review by completing the Free Giveaway Entry — No Review Required form available at:

Only one free-entry submission per household will be accepted during the Giveaway Period.

No purchase, payment, review, social-media interaction, newsletter signup or other consideration is required to use the free entry method.

All eligible entries have the same chance of winning regardless of entry method.

8. Disclosure on Giveaway-Related Reviews

Because a Giveaway entry is an incentive associated with submitting a qualifying parent review, Know the Pitch will display a disclosure with the qualifying review used to enter the Giveaway.

The disclosure may state substantially:

Review disclosure: This review was submitted during a Know the Pitch parent review giveaway. Giveaway eligibility was not based on the review’s rating or sentiment.

This disclosure is intended to make clear to readers that the reviewer was eligible for a Giveaway entry.

9. Winner Selection

After the Giveaway Period ends, Know the Pitch will review entries for eligibility, enforce the one-entry-per-household limit, and remove duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries.

Each eligible entry will be assigned an entry number.

On or about November 2, 2026, Sponsor will use a computerized random-selection method to select:

• One potential winner
• Up to two alternate potential winners

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor may retain records of the final eligible-entry list and random drawing for verification purposes.

10. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the initial notification.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to confirm:

• Name
• Age
• U.S. residency eligibility under these Official Rules
• Eligibility under these Official Rules
• A mailing or electronic-delivery address necessary to provide the prize

If the potential winner:

• Does not respond within five calendar days,
• Cannot be contacted,
• Declines the prize,
• Is found to be ineligible, or
• Does not comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may contact an alternate potential winner.

Sponsor may attempt to award the prize to up to two alternates.

11. Review Verification and Fraud

Know the Pitch may take reasonable steps to verify that a review comes from a person with genuine firsthand experience.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries associated with:

• Fake or fictitious reviewers
• Reviews submitted by someone without the experience claimed
• Automated or bot submissions
• Duplicate identities
• Attempts to circumvent the household entry limit
• Coordinated fraudulent submissions
• False eligibility information
• Other attempts to manipulate the Giveaway

Know the Pitch will not require documentation from every reviewer as a routine condition of participation, but may request reasonable verification when an entry raises legitimate authenticity concerns.

12. Coaches, Organization Personnel and Conflicts of Interest

A person affiliated with a youth baseball or softball organization is not automatically prohibited from entering the Giveaway through the Free Alternative Method of Entry, provided that person otherwise meets the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules.
Owners, directors, employees, coaches, and other individuals with a material role in an organization are not eligible to receive a Giveaway entry by submitting a review of that organization. Such individuals may instead enter through the Free Alternative Method of Entry if otherwise eligible.
Reviews submitted by individuals with a material relationship to an organization may be subject to Know the Pitch’s normal review and disclosure policies and may be excluded from parent-review ratings where appropriate.

13. Review Moderation

Know the Pitch wants reviews to represent genuine parent experiences, including positive, mixed and negative experiences.

Review moderation may consider factors including:

• Authenticity
• Firsthand experience
• Relevance
• Spam
• Personal attacks
• Threats
• Private or sensitive information
• Knowingly false statements
• Duplicate content
• Other violations of Know the Pitch review standards

A negative rating or critical opinion is not, by itself, a basis for rejecting a review or denying a Giveaway entry.

14. Privacy and Marketing

Information collected for the Giveaway may be used to:

• Administer the Giveaway
• Verify eligibility
• Verify the authenticity of review submissions
• Contact the potential winner
• Deliver the prize
• Investigate suspected fraud or duplicate entries

Entering the Giveaway does not require consenting to marketing emails or joining a Know the Pitch mailing list.

If Know the Pitch offers entrants an opportunity to subscribe to emails, that choice will be presented separately and participation will be optional.

Personal information collected for the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Know the Pitch’s Privacy Policy.

15. Public Announcement of Winner

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Know the Pitch may announce the winner using the winner’s first name, last initial and city or general geographic area, unless prohibited by law.

Know the Pitch will not publicly display the winner’s email address, mailing address or other unnecessary personal information.

16. Facebook, Instagram and Other Platforms

This Giveaway may be advertised through Facebook, Instagram or other social-media platforms.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social-media platform used to promote it.

Social-media interactions such as liking, following, sharing or tagging other people are not required to enter or win.

17. Technical Problems and Right to Modify

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received due to technical problems outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If fraud, technical failure or another circumstance materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Any changes will not be used to unfairly disadvantage entries already properly received.

18. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate, disrupt or interfere with the Giveaway or its entry systems.

The Giveaway will be administered in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
